Who am I?

Romic Isaac

My Name is Romic Calvin Isaac, born August 14, 1999, and I hail from one of the most beautiful Gems of the Caribbean region, Grenada.  I was raised in the Community of Point Saline, St. George's. Home to numerous professionals, trades men, Well known community figures and The Maurice Bishop International Air Port (MBIA).

I was born into a Christian home and a nuclear family, being the last of four.  So at a young age Discipline, Respect and Responsibility was the foundation of up bringing, among other things. I attend the T. A. Marryshow Community College (TAMCC) on the Island, where I perused Culinary Art. I was then given the opportunity through hard work and perseverance to further my studies in the industry  in Canada, at the Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC). So at the age of 19 I left my country, family and friends, to pursue my dream of becoming a professional chef.

On this Journey, I met so many beautiful people who had indept insight and a vast wealth of knowledge of the industry. They became my mentors and  thought me so much. Then there were others, who just like me were  still at the beginning of the line, with  there own dreams, aspirations and philosophies for being in this diverse food an hospitality industry.
